By Geoffrey Cooling

NASED United StatesNASED (the National Association of Special Equipment Distributors) in the U.S. is celebrating the Silver Anniversary of AAA in California! The NASED meeting will be held in Anaheim CA at the Hilton Anaheim Hotel. It takes place on April 3rd from 5:00pm- 6:30pm in the Palos Verdes AB room. They are also celebrating with a Lifetime Achievement Award for Jan Painter. So stop by and have a drink and enjoy a few Hors d’oeuvres. So who is NASED for the un-initiated?

NASED, say that they are the only national group dedicated to maintaining the highest level of standards for your hearing testing equipment. It is of high importance that your equipment is kept to a high standard. Important  Medical and legal decisions are made based on information obtained with your equipment. Truly your results are only as ACCURATE as your equipment.

NASED, and its member companies are in business to keep your equipment calibrated to those standards that your work settings require. With NASED, you can meet your compliance requirements for calibration. Their member companies,  located throughout the country employ technicians who are trained and monitored to ensure their knowledge as well as their skills.

NASED members must verify the accuracy of their measuring devices, and supply documentation and maintain consistent records. Their tag line is un-equivocal:

“NASED: FOR ACCURACY…PROFICIENCY…COMPLIANCE

OUR LABEL ON YOUR EQUIPMENT…YOUR ASSURANCE OF QUALITY”

So if you are free, pop along to the celebrations in the Palos Verdes AB room.

Regards

Geoff
