Thanks For The Memories

After four and a half years I am leaving Widex for pastures new. I would like to send my regards and best wishes to all of my friends and colleagues within Widex and the customers I have worked with. I have been proud to work with and alongside you all, over the last four and a half years.

It has been an exciting and educational four and a half years. From the first moment I started with Widex I knew I had made the right decision. I quickly became proud to be part of an innovative, forward thinking company with a strong social ethos.

I can say that I have enjoyed those years immensely, working with a company that went from strength to strength during that time. The outlook of the company has changed, the structure of the company is changing but the same ethos still burns at the core.

I am leaving to scratch an itch, to take up a new challenge that has been calling for a while. Essentially to put my money where my mouth is. It is both a sad and exciting time for me. Exciting because it puts me back in a start up situation, something that I truly love. Sad because I leave a company that I truly love with customers, friends and colleagues I have become very fond of.

I think that the next five years in Widex will secure it’s continued success. I hope the same may be said of my own. So thank you for the memories, the laughs, the education, the pickled Herring and the Esterbrau. Whilst I have learnt from everyone I have come in contact with, I hope that in some small way I have returned that favour.

I hope the future brings you all, my widex friends and the customers I have worked with nationally and internationally continued success. So I hope that this isn’t a goodbye, but more an, until I see you again.

Regards

Geoff
